Breaking The Silence

Men’s Mental Health & Grief Summit

Hello Friends,

For some time now, I’ve felt the weight of something that needs to be created.

I’ve been listening closely — to the men I work with, the men I interview, the men who reach out quietly. And what I continue to hear is this:

Many are carrying grief, stress, and emotional pain in silence.

Men don’t always say, “I’m depressed.”
They say, “I’m just tired.”
“I’m just stressed.”
“I’m fine.”

That’s why Mending Piece by Piece is hosting:

Breaking the Silence: Men’s Mental Health Summit & Grief Summit
April 11, 2026 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST Virtual (Participants are not required to be on camera.)

This clinician-led event will include:
• A keynote
• Lived-experience speakers • A moderated panel
• Structured breakout conversations
